How to ‘Claim Your Mailbox’?

  • Individuals:
    1. From the Home page, click ‘Join Today’ and select ‘Individual’.
    2. Sign Up to create your account
    3. Upload document to ‘Verify Your Identity’
    4. ‘Claim Your Mailbox’ for your primary home address. Upload one of the documents listed in drop down for ‘proof of address’
    5. Our Customer Service will verify the documents within 48 hours and grant access to your mailbox in the cloud.
    6. You can claim all other mailboxes you have rights/entitled to (such as your vacation home, rental property, PO Box etc.) from your inbox dashboard and your account settings.
  • Business:
    1. From the Home page, click ‘Join Today’ and select ‘Business’.
    2. Enter information ‘About the Company’, including the legal business name & address.
    3. Enter information ‘About Authorized Personnel’. Any authorized personnel can sign up and create your Business account
      1. Enter the first, middle and last name, suffix, email, mobile of the authorized personnel and a password to create your business account
      2. Upload document to verify identity of the authorized personnel
    4. Under ‘Claim Your Mailbox’, upload any one ‘proof of business address’ document listed in the drop down
    5. Our Customer Service will verify the information within 48 hours and mail a physical postcard with a 6-digit code to your business address.
    6. Login to Zipinmail and enter the 6-digit code from the physical postcard.
    7. You are validated and you have ‘Claimed Your Mailbox’ for your business.
