How to Claim Additional Mailboxes?
- From your inbox dashboard, click on ‘Claim New Mailbox’.
- Enter the new mailbox address
- Upload ‘proof of address’ document that matches your first, middle & last name and mailbox address
- Our customer service will verify the information within 48 hours and grant access to your new mailbox.
- Your new mailbox will show up automatically in your account
- You can access your new mailbox and switch between mailboxes by clicking the dropdown on the top left of your inbox dashboard
