How do I ‘Change My Address’ in Zipinmail?

  • From your inbox dashboard, select the mailbox address you want to change, on the top left corner
  • Click ‘Mailbox Preferences’ on the left navigation panel
  • Select ‘Basic’ within Mailbox Preferences and click ‘Change of Address’
  • Your ‘Current Mailbox Address’ will be displayed on top.
  • Select your date of move. Note that you will not have access to the current mailbox address after the date of move.
  • Add your new address
  • Add your relation to the new mailbox such as ‘I am owner/family member of owner ……’
  • Enter the date from when you want access to your new mailbox address
  • Tell us if you want us to move all your data from your old mailbox to your new mailbox address and click ‘Next’
    1. If you click ‘Yes’, we will move all your data, settings, mailbox preferences, account activity & balances from your old mailbox to your new mailbox absolutely free - no cost to you.
  • Upload ‘proof of address’ for your new mailbox address.
  • Our Customer Service will verify your information within 48 hours and if approved, grant access to your new mailbox
  • If you are unable to provide ‘proof of address’ for your new mailbox address, check the ‘Request Access’ box and enter the information under ‘Request access’
