How do I ‘Grant Access’ to someone?
- From your inbox dashboard, click on ‘Mailbox Preferences’ on the left navigation panel
- From your ‘Mailbox Preferences', click ‘Grant Access’ on top right corner
- Enter the first & last name, email and mobile number of the person you are granting access to
- We will send a notification to the person you are granting access to.
- The person to whom you are granting access, has to sign up for Zipinmail and verify their identity.
- Zipinmail will grant them access to your mailbox address even if they are unable to provide proof of address
