When I ‘Grant Access’, do they still need to submit ‘proof of address’ to access that mailbox?
- No. Zipinmail will grant them access to your mailbox in the cloud even if they are unable to provide proof of address
- Note that you must ‘Claim Your Mailbox’ before you can grant access to someone else.
- The new user can also ‘request access’ from anyone who has claimed that mailbox. See ‘How to ‘Request Access’ for a mailbox’.
