How do I ‘Request Access’?
- From ‘Home’ page, click ‘Join Today’ or ‘Sign Up’
- Select Individual and enter your information to create your account
- Upload document to ‘Verify Your Identity’
- Click Next to ‘Claim Your Mailbox’ and enter your mailbox address
- Answer ‘No’ to the questions and click the link below Upload button: ‘Don’t have proof of address?’
- ‘Request Access’ screen will popup.
- Enter the first and last name, email address and mobile of the person from whom you are requesting access
- Note that only a registered user who has already claimed that mailbox can approve your request and grant access
- Zipinmail will send your request and notify you when they approve your request
