How do I Authorize someone?

  • From ‘Mailbox Preferences’, click ‘Access’ and click ‘Authorize’ button on top right corner
  • ‘Authorize User’ screen will popup. Enter the first, middle and last name and his/her email address and mobile number.
  • Zipinmail will send a notification to the ‘Authorized User’ to ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’ your request to be his/her authorized user
  • If s/he is not a registered user, they have to first sign up for Zipinmail
  • When they click ‘Accept’, s/he will become an authorized user for your mailbox
  • Your mailbox will be added to the authorized users’ account and they will have full access to all your incoming and outgoing Zipinmail
