What is the difference between ‘authorize’ versus ‘grant access’?
- When you authorize someone, they will get a copy of all your incoming and outgoing Zipinmail and you are authorizing them to manage your mailbox for you
- When you ‘Grant Access’ to someone, you are granting them permission to use that mailbox address. They will have their own ‘Account’ to send and receive their Zipinmail using that mailbox in the cloud, but they can not see or access the contents of your Zipinmail
