How do I ‘Revoke Access’?

  • From inbox dashboard, click ‘Mailbox Preferences’ then click ‘Access’
  • Click on ‘Revoke Access’ for the person you want to revoke access
  • Select a reason for revoking their access
  • Select a date from when you want to revoke their access
  • Enter an optional message and click Submit
  • We will send a notification to that person that you have revoked their access
