How do I ‘Claim Mailbox’ for a business?
- From the Home page, click ‘Join Today’ and select ‘Business’.
- Enter information ‘About the Company’, including the legal business name & address.
- Enter information ‘About Authorized Personnel’. Any authorized personnel can sign up and create your Business account
- Enter the first, middle and last name, suffix, email, mobile of the authorized personnel and a password to create your business account
- Upload document to verify identity of the authorized personnel
- Under ‘Claim Your Mailbox’, upload any one ‘proof of business’ document listed in the drop down
- Our Customer Service will verify the information within 48 hours and mail a physical postcard with a 6-digit code to your business address.
- Login to Zipinmail and enter the 6-digit code from the physical postcard.
- You are validated and you have ‘Claimed Your Mailbox’ for your business.
