How do I ‘Revoke Access’ from an employee for any reason (terminated or otherwise)?
- From inbox dashboard, click ‘Mailbox Preferences’ then click ‘Access’
- Click on ‘Revoke Access’ for the employee you want to revoke access
- Select a reason for revoking their access
- Select a date from when you want to revoke their access
- Enter an optional message and click Submit
- We will send a notification to the employee that you have revoked their access
