Why am I not able to upload my ID or Proof of Address document?
- Please make sure the document you are trying to upload meets the following requirements:
- Acceptable file formats are .pdf, .jpeg, .png
- File size should not exceed 5 MB
- Please make sure the document you are trying to upload is saved in your local drive or accessible from the cloud.
- Please make sure you select a document type from the drop down and the path to the file location is correct.
- If you are still unable to upload the document, please contact ‘Customer Service’
